Ken responded immediately, came out the next day and made an assessment. Once he assessed and showed us pictures for reference , he gave us a price and completed the work the next day. I hope to have him out again to replace our whole roof. Highly recommend!

Extremely Satisfied I recently experienced issues during heavy rains with water running off my roof near the front entrance, bypassing the gutter and entering the foyer. The water also found its way below the foyer into the basement. Ken, the Owner of Pro South Roofing, personally visited my home, inspected the issue and provided a detailed root cause analysis and recommendations for remediation. I remain totally impressed with Pro South Roofing. Every step of the process was explained before the work started and all questions answered in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. We had a leak in our roof and Pro South was able to come out in a few hours and get everything fixed. The service was quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. He took several photos of the roof before and after to show what work had been done. And he even made a few other recommendations for what we could do to keep the roof in good repair.
