I have been holding off on commenting, but I have found a new dentist. This doctor shaved my gum to place a crown in 2023. This was a very painful experience both mentally and physically(during and weeks after). I was not notified of this until I was numb all ready for my crown. Needless to say the crown fell off 3 times. This dentist made me scared to even get my teeth cleaned. Bad experience overall.

Very upset and disappointed with the dental care available around here. I cant seem to find a good, honest dentist around Smyrna, Georgia. Just got charged $50 for mouthwash and toothpaste. They never told me up front, at the first visit just handed me the toothpaste and mouthwash. They just charged me on the back end and tried to tell me they told me what it was for originally. I would have reacted like this at that time originally if you had told me that originally too! This place will rip you off. Not going back. Patients beware. Thank you for your response, Highland Dental. I appreciate what you say, but I was not informed of that option until my 2nd visit, when I had already been charged for the toothpaste and mouthwash, which were just handed to me without that explanation at my first visit.

I have been coming to this office for over 10 years and never had an issue until recently, which was during my wifes last visit. She was told by the dentist why are you smiling, you have 5 cavities and walked away without any explanation. I am truly disappointed by these actions because I have trusted this office and stood by them for so long. I will never recommend them nor will I ever come back.

Ive always had great experiences here. Dr. Mike is great, Beth is a wonderful hygienist and has helped me learn so much about taking care of my teeth. I dont dread going to the dentist anymore. I trust the whole team! Thanks
