Amazing service. 1) He answered the phone when I called 2) Set up service for several hours later 3) Gave me a small 1-hr window in which he would come 4) Came early and texted to let me know when he was on the way 5) Wore booties to keep the house clean 6) Assessed the problem in... I read positive reviews online and was comfortable calling Mike to repair my tenant's refrigerator. He reached out to my tenants and called me with the diagnose and price. I found it reasonable and told him to go ahead and call me when done and I will make payment. He fixed it immediately and called me. I was very impressed. I found him honest and very professional. Gave him a call in the morning was able to come out same day and fix my dryer. Didn't try to do unneeded work, and charged a very reasonable amount!
