Food was great, salad bar is a must. The service however was not the best. We were a party of 6 adults and I felt she could not keep up that well. She kept for getting things. Some of our order was put in wrong. She seemed to be trying but for it to have been a slow Saturday afternoon (the place was more then half empty) she could have done better.

Slow service, both meals came out wrong and the ribs were tough. The manager apologized and gave us a discount, but we would have rather had a good experience!

On this visit, the service by Jordan was prompt, accurate, attentive, and well executed. Our appetizers (deviled eggs topped with bacon) and entrees (bourbon flavored salmon with steamed broccoli and fries and the sirloin and seafood combo) were excellent. The sweet tea could have been better but that's the only quibble.

Came here with a friend of mine for the birthday special they offer. I had been here before and loved the female bartender that served me and specifically came to this one in hopes that I'd have her again. From the very beginning of our experience it was uncomfortable. Our server Michael the african american gay male seemed to be not so interested in serving us. I ordered the Mega Mushroom & Swiss burger and my friend also had a burger meal. During our dining in experience, we were never once checked on nor were we given good service. When Michael came to check us out he had rung me out for a Prime Mushroom Burger, which I had not ordered. When brought to his attention what I did order and I had even stated the exact cost of it, I had asked him for a menu to show him the pricing. He brought the menu and walked back behind the bar, knowing I was going to show him the menu item. From behind the bar he asked me in a very disrespectful and rude manner "what's the problem?" I was forced to speak loudly in the restaurant (with other customers right nearby; made me very uncomfortable) and let him know that this was in fact the cost of the burger I ordered. He made a big scene saying "It's only $1.50 difference, I will pay it myself!" honestly, I've never felt more degraded and more disrespected as a customer. I had done absolutely nothing wrong but brought to his attention that he wrong me up wrong, but felt as though there was still a problem. The manager Danielle came over as well but I get the vibe that she's one of them and wasn't going to be taking care of anything on a professional level as she was smiling the entire time I was informing her of what took place and he seemed comfortable enough to roll his eyes at me while walking with her to speak, as I'm still confused as to what exactly I did wrong? I genuinely felt like this had a lot to do with my race, I'm african american as well, and I felt judged and unwanted from the moment we walked in, which is sad because most of their staff appeared to be the same race and on top of that Michael is gay so it's really unfortunate that he would be the someone to judge and make a customer feel less than accepted. I'm not sure what type of Management is in charge or how they run their establishment however I can assure you that I will absolutely never step foot in this place or anywhere near it ever again. Previously, there was ONE female caucasian bartender that gave me exceptional service and just from her service I suggested this location and to have it all go so downhill from that is absolutely ridiculous and unfortunate. I am an extremely loyal customer when I like a place and value customer service highly and this was a very uncomfortable and almost (what felt like) an anticipated situation from the moment we walked in. Hopefully the general manager Akeen Selder has a chance to read this an is able to take corrected and appropriate action as I will also be reaching out to corporate about this matter.
