        They are under new management and boy can I tell. When I entered the store and the staff spoke I almost fainted (not literally), it was very refreshing. I love shopping this store because it's very likely you will find rare items at great prices. A++

        Dont even waste your time. This business is going down hill, Im guessing new management. Stuff is way over priced now. Only a few employees working, owner no where to be found! Definitely going to lose a lot of business.

        Such a rip off!!! I brought stuff in today and they took a Kate spade wallet, CROCS flip flops, ASICS shoes, Maurices pants, torrid top, 2 tops, 2 sweaters, and maurices top for 27 DOLLARS. And everything was like new condition. I am.not happy and will not be back. The Kate spade wallet itself is worth way more than 27 dollars. I highly recommend not bringing your stuff to them and just selling it yourself on facebook because this place absolutely sucks!!!

        Only positive thing about this place is the owner. The staff itself are unbelievably rude. Multiple occasions Ive had negative experiences with them, and I know some of my friends have had bad experiences with the staff as well. Its worth the travel to Jacksonville to sell your clothes or buy from them because the Sav location is NOT it. Will not be coming back here again.
