Today I purchased a car Carson was very helpful at American Car Center and walked away with a low down payment and the car that I desire what great monthly payment I recommend everybody come see Carson at American Car Center your great Car Guy salesman has to say............Now months later I would like not to take back the good customer service that Carson rendered but I would like to say that American Car Center I am very disappointed in them the vehicle and its entirety due to the fact that I've been having problems with my vehicle since December customer service no longer they don't returns calls as said the car service center don't return calls no one returns emails but they still want their payment every two weeks some b******* for this overpriced piece of junk and I am mad and disappointed that I got to spend my hard-earned dollars during a pandemic for a lemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! contacting the better business Bureau as of 9/20/21......... Hello again just as easy as I can get on here and say how mad or disappointed I am in American Car Center I can also give them praise when it's due to them. I would like to say that American Financial since the pandemic has been GREAT I've bought cars before but by far this is the best company for understanding doing trying times my hat goes off to Warren and Kenneth also Carson at the sales center I would again recommend them to someone again but their service department still sucks S.ucks E.veryone R.iding V.ehicles I. C.an't E.valuate. But I am satisfied and will be helpful in getting my daughter a car from here 02/16/2022

When I was interested in purchasing a car, Joyce commonly helped me. Let me start by saying- she is by far one of the FRIENDLIEST people I've ever met. Great saleswoman! She has a positive attitude too. Anyways, when signing for my car- I halted and wanted to test drive the car first. They denied my request to test drive any vehicle and said I have to 'own' the vehicle before actually being able to drive it. A little odd, went to Grainger Honda Instead and had exceptional service.

They have some of the worst payment answering services I am behind on my payments because there is never anyone there to take my calls or after a hour of waiting and is connect to someone they transfer me again to repeate the same stupid cycle never
Please NEVER buy a car from them you will regret it

I haven't had any problems with my car but when it comes to trying to get a damage waiver fee off my account they keep either giving me the run around or not calling me back or being able to contact anyone in regards to it. I have had insurance non stop since I had the car yet they are trying to get over and it's ridiculous the worst customer service I have experienced in life. I've sent emails left multiple voice mails my next stop will be to the corporate office I don't care how far I have to drive they will correct this!

Purchased a car in October my first car I got had roaches climbing out of the back seat. They switched my car out which I was fine with now Im 3 months into the new car and guess what no tags!!! Lets not get into LEXI AND HIS CREW I CALLED TO SEE WHAT CAN I DO AND HE STARTED TELLING PEOPLE TO TELL HIM HE ISNT IN WHEN I CALL! I want tf out of my contract now! I need a layer
