Impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Their office personnel who make appointments are unhelpful and unprofessional. When I first called they would not allow me to see any doctor other than the one I had seen 10 years ago because I was an established client of that doctor. However this doctor could not see me for 5 months unless I had an ultrasound showing my condition had worsened. The fact that I was in constant pain apparently was not enough of a problem for these people to warrant any advancement of my appointment. When I asked if they could request the ultrasound so I could get seen sooner they told me I wasn't an established patient and they couldn't. But apparently I'm enough of an established patient to only be seen by this one doctor who is booked solid for five months. What a bunch of nonsense.

TO find an excellent UROLOGIST is like looking for a😄needle in a haystack! Great ones are really RARE ! BUT WE FOUND a caring,awesomely skilled, sensitive, urologist who is in hot demand. Listen people - OUR CITY SAVANNAH is blessed to have such a man. One look at my husband & with in seconds Dr Michigan knew just what he needed . I was in pure shock , but he insisted. This superb doctor was right on target . He knew. He just knew. He is an excellent communicator - which combined w his expertise in medical care is a gift & a rare find! Please everyone tell the world about this man. He needs to be commended in everyway. He is just a human being but everyone relies on him ! Hats off to Dr Andrew Michigan who will do an excellent job Carrying the torch from Dad - Dr Michigan Sr. This is my review that is permanently staying on your review list.. Happy Thanksgiving to the Michigan family!
