We paid for tree removal and stump grinding earlier in the year. They took the tree down for us. However the weather had been wet and it bogged down their equipment so they requested to come back at a later date. Chris asked to be paid for the work but I should have paid for work completed. They never came back to grind the stump. When I asked when they were coming back I received excuses. It rained some so they had to put it off. I understand. Then the grinder was out of commission. I began to assume they weren't coming back so I requested a refund for the unfinished work which I was told was $125. Chris agreed to give it back. He never gave it back. They never came back to finish the job. I am rating based on what was completed but I'm not happy about losing $125 plus I had to hire and pay someone else to come grind the stump which put me out an additional $350. Lessons learned.
