        My sister and mother were there on St. Patrick's Day. They would not let anyone in that had a drink in their hands in the street. They assumed everyone was drunk even though we had not been drinking all day and all my mother had was water. If your blessed enough to have a shop on river St during the biggest holiday for Savannah you should be gracious enough to welcome the tourists who are spending their hard earned money with you and be happy to see them. We went in on the 16 and spent money with them. One lady was very nice while the other sat behind the counter with a scowl on her face and a chip on her shoulder.
