Doug Metzger was fantastic to work with on the sale of our new roof. The roofing crew Lead Oscar, is extreamly knowledgeable and professional, as his crew were all courteous and extreamly hard working. Each crew member had an assigned job and worked like a well oiled machine! They were quick and efficient, performed an excellent clean up and were done in one day! This Company is OUTSTANDING in every facet of their business! I am extremely happy with their professionalism, work ethic, and the completed product!!! I "HIGHLY" RECOMMEND "ARAC ROOF IT FORWARD"!!!

If you need a good reliable and professional company who exemplify good customer service, this is the one. My 84 year old mother needed a new roof and I live in Atlanta which made it hard to be a part of the onsite process. Doug and his company took great care of my mom and made the process so easy for her and very reassuring for me. She now has a beautiful new roof. Thank you Doug and ARAC Roof It Forward!

If I could give Roof It Forward a 0 Start review I would. In March we were getting estimates to repair roof damage in our home in Savannah. During the inspection Doug Metzger's ladder fell over and broke the spindle on our back porch. He clearly stated it was his fault took the spindle and said he would replace it. We have had to hound Roof it Forward for 5 months. Never once did we get a call returned. After calling everyday and escalating up to the owner of the company Doug Metzger dropped off a raw spindle that he deemed a match. He then called and proceeded to have one of the rudest phone calls I have ever had with a salesperson or customer service representative. He stated that dropping off a spindle 5 months later was all he felt "compelled" to do, and further went so far as to insinuate that this was somehow our fault and that he had gone above and beyond. In short. DO NOT TRUST ROOF IT FORWARD. They could not follow through on a $5 repair after 5 months do you really want to trust this company with your roof. Shame on you Roof it Forward. If you break something fix it. If you say you are going to do something do it. If you answer the phone say you are going to find a solution and return a phone call do it.
