Your Exterior Pros

Unfortunately working with Your Exterior Pros has really ended up being a nightmare. The entire job was poorly managed with no oversight on the quality of work. After a 3 month process, we’ve been forced to hire a new contractor to complete the work following numerous conversations about the timeline, quality of work, and eventually no show crews. We originally contacted them to get a quote for a number of issues stemming from a tropical storm. The estimate was received and approved in July. Following that there was a lengthy process for historical approval (not the fault of the company). The work ultimately started in early September. Unfortunately there was a total lack of communication and management throughout the process. A crew showed up to our house and started removing and replacing siding, reframing windows, etc, with no advance plans to approve of what anything would look like. Ultimately, the windows were framed in a historically inaccurate manner, and had to be re-done. Parts of the windows meant to be replaced (in the quote) were not done, and ultimately only got done after insisting that they go back and do it. Countless portions of our home were damaged from careless work. Paint splatters and drips all over the place, trampled plants, window glazing all over out deck and outdoor furniture, etc. After numerous conversations, little was done to remedy this. Now in October, as the carpentry work was supposedly wrapping up, windows were painted poorly or the wrong colors all together. Siding was painted with a different paint than requested. Some windows and trim are still not properly sealed or painted and huge swaths of siding have gone unpainted for weeks. After another meeting with the company, we were assured that work would be finished in two days, only to find no crew showing up at all. We ultimately were forced to hire a new contractor to finish the work and repair the damage caused. Services: Window installation, Exterior painting, Roof repair

Very polite hard working employees went above and beyond to secure my home from the elements. The price was fair. I will use this company in the future for more home improvement projects They cleaned up and left my home secure and clean of all debris

Your Exteriors Pros was a wonderful company to work with! Sam came out and inspected our roof in record time and was able to give a quote before even leaving. Krissy was amazing to work with from start to finish. She set up our inspection, walked me through how to secure our quote and get one the schedule (thanks pregnancy brain for making that one harder than it should have been) and right down the completion, Krissy stayed in touch and made sure we were happy with our results. Carlos and his team worked diligently to get our roof done before the rain came and they cleaned everything up. There wasn’t a trace of roofing material left on the ground so I didn’t have to be concerned with my young kids playing outside. We had a very pleasant experience and plan to use them in the future for some updates we have in mind. Service: Storm/wind damage roof repair
