      image I bought a slicer from this store and mark helped me. Since it didnt work out. I tried returning it the next day itself . They will not take it back. I explained them the situation and the mark and his boss came by our business to see the problem. They will not answer your call. The most unprofessional people. Stay away, I am going to take legal action against this business now.
      Updating after the response-
      We both know what actually happened and you guys were denying taking the machine back.

      We tried to help this customer but nothing we offered worked. The slicer worked it just was not the one he had before and it did not work. the same as the other one. The customer did not take legal action. We came to a agreement. Customer was satisfied.
