    My doctor sent a referral over to these people and they tried to charge me a $46.50 up-charge for a rollator walker that my insurance pays for 100%. They never would send the claim to my insurance company. They wanted me to pay first and then send the claim for my insurance to pay. They were trying to get paid twice. BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!

    Worse service ever they ask if I had a appt but clearly on the door they have regular store hours not by appointment only. I had a problem with my CPAP machine had it 2 years and they now telling me my insurance did not paid for it which was a lie. I look it up and the CPap I had is not even worth more than 1,000 market price and my insurance been could have paid that off in a few months. Its state in my insurance claim that I should own it by 7 months and clearly I had it longer so what is the real purpose of taken it. They stated that I didnt comply with the rules. They wanted me to turn in the SIM card but every-time I go there it didnt record nothing she states that it was not connected to wifi smh man it was just excuses after excuses they can have it and I let my insurance company deal with them and get their money back and I will be letting them know everything and they got the machine they paid for back from me. See how they like that and what excuses they will come up with because more than 500 is a felony in the state of Georgia and they definitely got more than that out of my insurance company. Insurance fraud wont look good on their better business bureau. They mess with the wrong one. My life depend on this machine I have lung disease and sleep apnea and dont have time for these shenanigans. They dont even deserve this one star.
