5 stars only because you cant give more. Jeff has an incredible knowledge of plants and landscape design. I had beds that were nothing but weeds and rotten pine straw. Jeff prepared a design to fill them with plants that add color and are deer resistant. He and his team totally transformed the yard in a day. Highly recommended!

I was parked in a lot working. They came by with gas blowers. Stirred up lots of debris. Covered my car inside and outside. My cell phone and scanner too. Lucky I didn't have more of my windows open. When I walked toward them they didn't stop, just gave me blank stares and kept blowing.

From the start, Jeff was professional and responsive. He met with us at our home and listened to our desires. He prepared a sculptured design plan that included our interests and his expertise in color, texture, long-term growth, and low maintenance. He is highly knowledgeable of the extensive varieties of plants native to this area and those that can take over a landscape. He has nationwide connections with growers, enabling him to acquire plants of the highest quality. His team cleared the ground and planted the new design professionally and quickly. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and strangers alike. Our yard is now a work of art that compliments our home. We highly recommend Earthscapes Landscaping.

Was responsive when I needed work done, had a large palm delivered he met the delivery truck at my house and unloaded, his crew planted.  Also had a medium size river birch moved from too close to the house to the back yard.  It fell over 2 days later, I called and texted for 3 days with no response.  On the 4th day he called, said he was working where he couldn't get reception, ok.  Then said he was paid to move the tree, not guarentee it would fall over.  Offered to come plant it again, however as we were speaking I was already replanting and staking the tree.  His other comment was "I've never replanted a tree"?  What, you're a professional landscaper with multiple commercial contracts.   I'm very disappointed in the last of customer service after the fact.  It doesn't take much to return a call.  The office number listed on his site, no one answers....
