The staff here is very friendly and they work very hard to make sure you are knowledgeable and satisfied with your policy. They answer all question to the best of their ability and if they don't have the answer they will definitely find out. They return all calls promptly and efficiently. I have yet to be unsatisfied in the 8 yrs that i have been a customer.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I was a customer for ten years, and they ignored my roadside request and left me stranded in the middle of the night. I then spent hours trying to figure out what happened and find a resolution and was treated poorly the entire process. Cancelled my policy today. Do not trust this company with your insurance. They will let you down.
