Love dr watson and his staff but joining mr eyedoctor was a big mistake. You cant ever talk to a person in the office or wherever the switchboard is and no one answers voicemail or emails. Changed to a different eye doctor after booking an appt for may 25 with doreen in march when they cancelled my mar appt.and then they wouldnt answer my calls or my voicemail. No way to run a business. I will not be going back ever

From the moment I entered the building, Laura was so professional. Dr. Keller was amazing as always in helping me with my visual exam (Laura) helped with choosing my lens/frames. Laura was so welcoming and gave me excellent customer service. I will always give a 5 star to Laura and Dr. Kelly because they are wonderful, friendly, timely and attentive. I love how they are always fulfilling any customer needs.

Gina is a great salesperson and she is knowledgeable. I am so happy that I went to my eye doctor to have my prescription filled. With Gina's help I give them a 5 + stars I am now waiting on my second pair and I know that I will be just as happy.
