I had a serious issue with water backing up into my septic tank several times in a few weeks . Called drainage experts . Frank designed a plan . His workers did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I understood what he was doing. I had a issue with the symp pump 2 years later and they came out and repaired the problem and also improved on what they fid originally. 5 stars. 10 if I could give it

We have had a drainage problem in our back yard since the day we purchased our house.. After a heavy rain, our back yard would turn into a pond for several days. Drainage Experts installed an underground pump to resolve this issue. System works great! Mr. Harris truly stands behind his company/work. I highly recommend Drainage Experts for any drainage issues.

Frank installed a sprinkler system at a house of mine in Savannah. He completed the work in reasonable time and at a fair price. After 18 months it stopped working, cause unknown. Frank was good enough to offer his services once again and went out to look it over on May 13th. He suspected the controller had malfunctioned. He then stated he was going to go to the supplier with it and get back to me in a week. After several calls and texts to him, it has now been over 4 weeks with no return contact. I understand that everyone gets busy, however, no one is that busy to not be able to reach back out over that length of time. My intend would never be to jeopardize someone's business and livelihood, however, by no means should any potential customer have to blindy subject themselves to this experience.
