        Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with my stein mart credit card account. 1st received email my address undeliverable wrong got statements at my address for years. Finally got transferred to the identity fraud department. Sounded serious. After remaining on hold my call was disconnected. Worst customer service for the stein mart credit card ever. It's ashamed because I was a customer for more than a decade.

        Today's visit was very pleasant in favor of my mom stopping into the Stein Mart store. That was because of the special sale the store was promoting, in which she got to use her Valentine's funds from the 14th.
