        I bought a 10 inch muse clip unopened it in the car, tried to exchange for a longer clip and the lady was VERY rude it says on bottom of receipt offer store credit or exchange if in orginal packaging all I did was open it up to see one hair extension!!! The man I bought from was okay. Came back and the lady was like how I supposed to sell this. LADY ALL I DID WAS OPEN THE PACKAGE. I JUST WANTED TO EXCHANGE AND SHE WOULDN'T LET ME WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND COMING TO THE STORE!!!!

        This store has been around at least 20 years. The owners are very friendly. The man seems a little off, but very friendly. The women owner is very sweet, she knows a little about African american products. I think the person who wrote the first review went there when Mr. Leechong was kinda trying to figure the camera out. He sort of reminds you of a younger version of Mr. Meogee on karate kid.The assist who is also non american is very annoying, but she will go out of her way to help.
