Starbucks

I asked for a tea that is usually served cold to be made with hot water instead. I have done this at other Starbucks locations with no problem. The member of staff refused to serve it hot and would only serve me the hot tea options. I explained that I had had the same tea before at other Starbucks but still she refused saying I couldn’t not have had this particular tea as it can only be served cold. It was a simple ask - use the same ingredients but instead of cold water use hot.

Don't have any pictures to post because I was highly disappointed I had played the Starbucks game and I won a dessert when I went to get it they didn't have what I wanted so I asked so when I get in the terminal can I just use my reward to get this lemon pound cake that I wanted he stayed at yes you sure can so instead I bought me a creme brulee caramel drink and it tastes like water I feel like I just gave in my $5 too only to be disappointed that they didn't have the dessert that I desired but how did they have the inside and not outside the terminal needless to say when I got inside the terminal and I went to get my lemon pound cake that I wanted so badly you scared my coupon and he said oh man I'm sorry but we've been having a lot of trouble with these coupons I can't give you dessert that you want you might want to call Starbucks customer service wow and I wonder why I never hardly use my app or order anything it's always such a hassle if the lines aren't too long it's something else
