        We arrived at 11:59 am amid all of the Southwest flight cancellations, the woman refused to let us in and honor the online booking because they closed at 12 pm, which was not revealed on the Expedia website where I booked. We were forced to try the Savannah airport, where there were no rental cars, and eventually had to take the train overnight-drastically impacting the cost and travel time. Do NOT recommend booking here!

        HORRIBLE!!!!! ALL THREE- THE WEBSITE- CUSTOMER SERVICE- AND BUDGET CAR RENTAL THEMSELVES!!!! BOTTOM LINE UNLESS YOU HAVE A HIGH-END CREDIT CARD OR RICH DON'T EVEN TRY TO RENT FROM THEM TO GEORGIA NORTH CAROLINA SOUTH CAROLINA ANYWHERE!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE TRIED TO USE THE SAME CAR RENTAL PLACE AND GOT NOWHERE EXCEPT FOR LOSS OF MONEY AND TIME THAT WE CANNOT GET BACK!!!!!! FINALLY IT WAS SO HORRIBLE AND IT IS SO HORRIBLE I CAN'T EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR IN MY BOOK IS A ZERO STAR RATING!!!!
