Sushi Mio Japanese Restaurant

Best Sushi in Atlanta! I was the very first customer at this restaurant 15 years ago. And have been going there ever since. I have had sushi from several other restaurants and none can come close to the service and the quality of sushi that I receive from Sushi Mio. They are consistent and the quality is always great! I recently have moved to Florida and if I can just come a little close to the quality that I have received in the last 15 years from Sushi Mio, I would be very lucky.

Outside of Sushi Hayakawa, this is a great little hole in the wall. The customer service is great, the fish is very fresh and the sushi chefs can be creative. If you ask for a hand roll which is not on the menu he will make it! :) I wouldn't get the dumplings because I think they're frozen and nor made in house they tasted very similar to the ones I buy at H mart. Frankly this is a place to come for hand rolls, good sashimi, and nigri. If you're a roll person meaning you like sauces, specialty rolls, this is not the place for you. Their hot sake is very good although I think they only have one kind. And the ambiance is very authentic and chill. It never really gets noisy and for the most part is fairly quiet so you can actually talk to your party without raising your voice.

nice service. sushi was horrible...crunchy roll was the consistency of sawdust, tamago was overcooked hard eggs, shrimp bento practically inedible and swimming in grease. my family feels so cheated for spending over $100 at this place.

This is the best sushi place-period! YI, the master chef/owner runs a great place where the sushi is always fresh and cold with great service that's always perfect!

I go there often and Kim always takes good care of me. The food is really good and fresh. I highly recommend this resturant!
