They handle new applicants very poorly and I was disappointed hearing how they treated someone who was overqualified for a role. Literally 1 minute before, they cancelled the interview saying that the degree wasnt an exact match and they tried getting approval but it was denied. First of all, dont set up an interview if you havent gotten approval. Second of all, why is someone getting rejected because their degree was in business and not business IT whose actual experience overqualifies them? And lastly, dont cancel a minute before. Thats a waste of the persons time and so disrespectful. Be better.
