    They let my young neighbors party until after 4am keeping my entire family up all night. I complained twice to the front desk and was hung up on both times. They acted like I was the problem and not the extremely loud and foul mouthed late night party hooligans. This hotel operates with zero control over its guests. Huge risk to stay here. Safety: Terrible for families. They allow horrible language and activities to go on all night. Food & drinks: Willie was fantastic for breakfast service.

    We came in for a wedding reception and we were told to come back in about an hour after their normal check in. We had just flown in and were exhausted. They dont care about service. When we were ready to check out we asked if we could extend by one hour and told no. I would suggest looking for another resort who places value on their customers. If I could have given zero I would have.

    We visited this resort during a trade group convention. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The views were spectacular. The meeting space was excellent and the service from the staff was impeccable. I recommend this location for meetings, reunions, even weddings. The only drawback is there is only one ice machine. But the resort makes up for this by delivering a bag of ice to your room upon request. Overall it was a great experience.

    We stayed here in late December for our 10 year anniversary. We paid for the deluxe king room and were given the standard king. There was no sitting area, no view of the river, not as advertised. Not what we paid for. When I spoke with guest services we were not offered any compensation. We were given the contact information for the hotel manager and told that they would reach out to us. I never heard from anyone, even after I called and left a message. I am very disappointed that I spent my money here and have been completely disregarded. I operate my own business in Glynn county and would never treat a customer this way. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Follow up: I was hoping for more than an online apology full of lip service. No offer to make it right? Not even refund the difference? Still very disappointed.
