THEY ARE RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER IN REGARDS TO A PURCHASE I HAD MADE AND SOMEONE HUNG UP BECAUSE THEY ASSUME I WAS A SALES CALL. DO NOT SHOP THERE. PLS. ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT SUBMIT REVIEW WITHOUT. SMH

My first visit was this past Saturday and I decided to get a reading done. I had to wait for about 45 minutes as everyone was already seeing clients so I decided to just look around while waiting. This place is small, but very inviting and friendly. They have a bit of everything from wicca to metaphysics. They even have a small crystal/stone collection. The young lady at the front was very friendly, even though she was multitasking between the phone, scheduling clients and answering customers questions. All the while I was there, the place was packed with people willing to wait up from 45-60 minutes to see the person of their choice for a reading. That was a VERY good sign to me.

My first time ever in the store. The staff was nice, but as walking around, I felt watched. I took the time to pick out stones & I didn't like how when I was ready to check out, I had to write down every stone & code before purchasing. To make a first time customer do that seemed odd to me. I thought maybe this store would have systems to do that job or even the employee would find prices/codes instead of customer. The staff didn't even know the difference between stones. And from being so confused by the cashier of which stone was which price & label, I didn't get the full experience. I drove a long ways away to find great energy & the experience was ruined for me. I love how the staff would explain the meaning behind crystals & stones, but I left feeling disappointed. From all the confusion at the register, I didn't even get all the stones I wanted. I would not recommend going to this store to buy stones, they'll put you to work. I came with my friend & he felt the same about his experience if not worse.
