Vine medical is by far the best practice! I have been with them for over 12 years and have had the best care from Dr.Turner and all of the NPs over the years! Since they switched over to concierge they are able to spend quality time with us patients, not feeling rushed is great!

After reading some surprising negative reviews I feel compelled to change my own and say something about them. Last year Vine Medical switched their practice to concierge only. That does come with a cost to patients, me included. I get it. But, to complain about it and accuse Vine of only caring about their bottom-line is untrue. Moreover, to leave a 1 start review exclusively because you are upset that they switched to concierge with short notice, while at the same time expressing the great care you received while with them, is unkind and unfair. While I understand being upset about it, I do not think expressing it as a Google review is how to handle disappointment and frustration as it has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual level of care you had received. As stated, concierge medicine comes with a cost. It also comes with enormous benefits; much more time with your Doctor/provider, time to establish comprehensive treatment plans that are truly tailored to meet a patient's individual needs on-going because there are not 100+ patients a day coming through the door for a 10 minute once over as is often the case with PCP's, access to your doctor in an emergency quickly and the list goes on and on. Dr. Suzanne Turner has been my doctor for 12 years. Prior, I never experienced the level of care OR continuity of care she and Vine provide. She is thoughtful, listens well, and embraces the whole human being not just the medical ailment of the day. The entire Vine team shows a consistent level of respect and care I've never seen or experienced before. Dr. Turner is a beautiful breath of fresh air who understands we are all unique individuals with individual needs and as a result is able to think outside the box when providing treatment and includes you, the patient in the process, start to finish. I feel beyond blessed that she is my doctor. I felt it important that this be said since there is no mechanism in place with Google Reviews to address this directly with them.

Absolutely the finest concierge medicine in the area. Combining cutting edge healing techniques with traditional medicine is the best way for current and long term healing. The staff is amazing - attentive, caring, smiling - really. Concierge medicine costs. But so does critical illness later in life. Pay now or pay later. I feel great today. And thats the point. It is not appropriate to leave a one star review because they changed their fee structure. Look around - everything costs more, especially quality. 5 star quality care. They provide nothing short of that. They heal the body and nourish the spirit. Its so worth it. I could go on and on. Thanks all! Steve

I have been Dr. Turners patient since she was finishing her internships. I have always found her very concerned and focused on providing high quality health care. She is concerned about every facet of the experience. Every visit is a good experience without the usual hassle of many other health care providers. I am seen on time and given all the necessary attention to address my medical needs. With their electronic systems my refills and messages are always dealt with in a timely manner. She has quickly resolved my medical issues on numerous occasions with her focus on actual conditions including lab tests. I have no doubt that I am alive and well today because of her.
