        Customer service is non existent with this place.Worse experience ive ever had with a insurance company. The quote was the easiest part, from there everything went down hill. The quote they gave and the quote we got to sign were no where near what we talked about. The amounts were not correct nor was my wifes name. We called and were told MULTIPLE times someone would call back. This went on for 2 weeks and finally we just decided to cancel that lasted for another week because you get the run around about manager's having to cancel it blah blah blah. Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!

      Hi Mr. Sweat, Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the experience you had with the company. I spoke with you and advised that I needed a copy of your current insurance to be able to cancel it on the days you requested due to the lien holder. I however, processed the refund as soon as you sent the replacement coverage. I also called twice to advised that the money was refunded, but I did not get an answer. Again, I apologize about the incorrect quote and information that was given to you and the sales rep. was educated and reprimanded. We are human and mistakes do happen.
