It's a great place, I love the environment here and Mr. Victor is an amazing instructor, I have fun and learn so much in the muay thai and jiu jitsu classes, and I recommend this place for sure anyone interested in martial arts and fitness.

After trying out many different MMA clubs, True Strength MMA is hand down the best one. Coach Victor and his team really care about the students and they plan their lessons very well. The Muay Thai classes are offered several times a week and what I really like about them is that the lessons are different each time, focusing on conditioning and variations of fighting techniques. I really enjoy their classes.

This place is such a hidden gem! Friends and I discovered it through Groupon, and I can't recommend it enough. Victor is an incredible instructor (kind, informative, patient, and pushes you to your limit). If you're looking for a way to improve your boxing or just an amazing workout, definitely check them out! My ONLY complaint is that it's not closer to my house
