        My experience was very positive. I was picked promptly, the car that I had requested was available, the time spent in the office was minimal , and the interaction with the staff in the office was positive and supportive. In addition, when I returned the vehicle I was promptly driven home by your staff with almost no wait. What I have described is the essence of the business transaction and it is this experience that every customer is seeking. The cost of the rental was not a surprise and I find it cheaper than using my own vehicle so you can expect that I will use your service in the future.
