Hardee's

My husband and I went to Hardees at noon. My husband wanted a biscuit but knew not everyone serves them at noon. We had to wait at the counter for a few minutes and when the woman came to the counter she was less than friendly. My husband asked about the biscuits and she said they do not make them during the day. He said he would order a burger. I ordered a big roast beef with mayo and lettuce. She took a double take and huffed but did order it. She asked me what I wanted to drink and I ordered unsweet tea. She looked at my husband and he asked if they had coffee made. She said no. He said no problem I will wait while you make it. Not all restaurant's have coffee made and he does not mind waiting. She said no, we don't make coffee during the day. She pointed around the corner and said we have a large coffee maker so we don't make it during the day. He said then cancel the order. We will go somewhere else. She was very rude. I have worked for Hardees years ago. But we prided ourselves with customer service. Hardees has gone downhill because of poor customer service. Please straighten this out, because I would hate to see another one close. My husband was going to order a Frisco burger. Not sure what the answer would have been for that. I have also worked for Carl's Jr. I know this is not their style. Disappointed customers. We went down the street and had lunch for the price it would have cost us for one person at Hardees. By the way. No one but us at Hardees . Not busy.
