        Great service and communication... however my car was supposed to be picked up on a Monday afternoon around 5pm...but then got informed it couldn't be towed until Tuesday morning after waiting for a good few hours before they let me know...but other than that...very nice staff and would try them again.

        I liked that they followed up with me but got damn, when I tell you we are going to pay, load the truck & bill me. We make sure all parties involved in whatever shape or form does get paid & we have no records of not paying at all. Im giving you a 3 star because I was trying to make it home to best accomodate the laoding process & you ignor that & there was too much damn noise in the street, made it very difficult for me to make the payment over the phone & had my client on 3-way, who does not speak the language. It sucks that you guys are the only one is the area & I hope my lient does not purchase anything from this location anymore that is not running so I wont have to give you guys a call. Thanks again but the owener could of made this experience a lot better for me & my client as well.
