They paid special attention to details that I didn’t even know needed to be cleaned or could be. Making our moving experience extremely less stressful.         This was the first time we’ve had our house deep cleaned professionally and Miss Nancy did a WONDERFUL job. Every room is spotless and smells fantastic. I highly recommend their services :)

        Scheduled for a deep clean. Extremely disappointed. Base boards were not cleaned. Fixtures not dusted. Appliances had food on them (paid extra to have this service). Shower was not scrubbed. Kitchen sink was not even cleaned. Outside of cabinets not wiped down. Dog hair from the previous owner was still everywhere. I paid $350 and had to clean everything myself AFTER their deep clean service. If you get an online quote, Sparkling Queens will send you daily automated texts and emails, as well as multiple calls and voicemails. Will never use again or recommend to anyone. Sparkling Queens offered a free cleaning IF I signed up for a reoccurring clean, which I did not want. They offered to come back and correct the cleaning, but every part of the deep clean would have had to be redone. I needed the clean done before I moved in my furniture and family--not afterwards. Sparkling Queens reassured me that I did not need to be present for the clean, but that was obviously not the case. I moved in four days later (no one was occupying the house in the mean time) to discover that the clean wasn't conducted to standard. Services: Moving clean, Deep clean
