Had to call this location due to hinesville location not taking any appointments, I simply asked the lady who answered in which I believe she said her name was Jessica if this was the Richmond Hill Location in which she answered rudely “I don’t know how you can be confused since we’ve been here for 2 years...” me trying to stay professional I explained to her why I asked. She rudely informed me there are numerous people who could have done that in my local orthodontist office and Savannah only had 1 receptionist that answers all their phone calls. Ummm ok?...when I informed her once again they had no one to take off my powerchains or wires for my upcoming surgery that was coming she told me I had to go to Pooler or Savannah... overall my review is simply based off of her attitude. She tried no way to understand me or understand why I was calling. Please do training on how to treat customers or get newer nicer staff. I’m a dental assistant myself and I would never speak to any of my patients like that.
