    I am extremely dissatisfied with Extreme Heating and Air (JJ was tech). American Home Shield assigned the company to address knocking sounds coming from AC unit. JJ arrived and stated he heard the sound, but could only explore the issue if unit was not operating. Tech left and unit stopped working 24 hours later. I submitted a recall to the Extreme and three days (Labor Day weekend). JJ was supposed to work on unit. He arrived and stated the unit was frozen (system was off all weekend) and he left again; promising to return the next morning - No Show. Extreme Heating and Air is aware of this technician's tactics and has only delay ed my service issue another day,- NO AC 5 days and counting. I notified American Home Shield demanding this company be removed from the vendor list. I strongly recommend NOT using Extreme Heating and Air, near Reynolds, GA Service: AC maintenance

    This is a terrible company. They could not fix my problem. They told my Home Warranty company that there was a problem with my wiring which was not true. I contacted another company and they fixed the problem in 30 minutes.

    WARNING PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY WHOLE UNIT AND LEFT IT IN A MANGLED MESS. FILING A COMPLAINT WITH HOME WARRANTY AND BBB.

    The worst experience ever the technician JJ doesn't know nothing he claimed the Heater is missing two wires and air filter is clean and in good working condition. And there is no way the Heater could have worked the without the two wires. Mind you the Heater was working 3 days a go before he was called in to fix it and I knew the filter was not changed at least one year. I contact AHS and they send another technician from AIR DESIGN AC AND HEATING who came in and fixed the problem. It was caused by the same filter JJ said was clean and in good working condition. Because it was dirty and cloth up the air which trigger the main switch off

    EXTREME HEATING AND AIR. WHERE DO I BEGIN? I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH NO AIR COMPLETELY FOR 14DAYS.THE COMPANY HAS BEEN OUT 6 TIMES STILL NO AIR.THE TECH (CEFT) HAS COMPLETELY NO IDEA OF WHAT HE IS DOING.AND ACTS AS IF HE DOESN'T WANT TO DO THE WORK ANYWAY SINCE I HAVE BEEN ASKING QUESTIONS HE CANT ANSWER.HE TELLS ME DIFFERENT THINGS WHEN IM AT PROPERTY WHEN HE COME TO SERVICE CALL THEN WHEN MY HUSBAND IS AT PROPERTY HE TELLS HIM DIFFERENT STUFF. HE HAS REPLACED 2 DIFFERENT PARTS AND STILL NO AIR.THEY HAVE ONLY PUT FREON IN UNIT ONCE OUT OF ALL 6 TIMES THEY HAVE CAME.THERE IS A ASTHMATIC CHILD IN THE HOME AND THE HEAT HAS BECOME EXTREME ON MOST DAYS. I HAVE HAD TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY TO GET DEVICES TO TRY TO COOL THE HOME BUT NOT THE SAME AS OUTSIDE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK.THE REP (JENNIFER) ONLY ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN SHE CHOOSES TO BECAUSE SHE CAN NOT JUSTIFY TO ME WHY THE AIR IS NOT FIXED AND I ASK FOR HER TO SEND ANOTHER TECH OUT BUT THE SAME TECH (CEFT) IS THE ONE THAT CONTINUES TO COME. THIS COMPANY EXTREME HEATING AND AIR IS VERY MONEY HUNGRY THEY ARE SCARED TO MISS A DOLLAR THE TECH ACTUALLY SAYS HE HAS TO KEEP COMING BACK BECAUSE HE HAS ANOTHER SERVICE CALL TO ATTEND BUT MY REQUEST IS FROM 10AM- 4PM EVERYTIME HE COME HE STAY FOR 15MIN AND HE'S OUT. ON THE 6TH VISIT TECH ACTUALLY CAME OUT AND SAID HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX THE AIR AFTER THE 6TH VISIT BECAUSE HE WAS TOO HEAVY (ONLY LOOKS 200LBS) TO FIT IN THE ATTIC TO POSSIBLY FIX THE ISSUE THAT HE THINK IS WRONG KEY WORD (THINK) REMIND YOU THIS IS THE SAME ATTIC HE WENT UP IN THE 2ND VISIT HERE WITH NO PROBLEM.BASICALLY 2WKS HAVE BEEN WASTED WITH NO AIR AND INSTEAD OF THE COMPANY EXTREME HEARTING AND AIR REPORTING THIS SO THEY CAN SEND ANOTHER COMPANY OUT THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING FALSE STATEMENTS AND INVOICES TO GET PAID TO COME OUT TO AHS.MY ADVICE TO ANYONE NEEDING AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR AHS.MY WHOLE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT NEEDS REPLACEMENT COMPANY'S ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM BOTH PARTIES. I HAVE NEVER WENT WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING FOR 2WKS AND HAVE A ASTHMATIC CHILD IN THE HOME.
