Absolutely stellar service ! Called Real Good Roofing about a concern I had with the recent storms and Dale came out within 24 hours and provided a very thorough assessment of the condition of our roof. He even made some suggestions as to what to do while we were deciding how to proceed. Free of charge! He was very professional, congenial and informative . If this is the kind of care provided before we have even hired them - you can only imagine how they will go above and beyond once work begins.

Dale and his team are the best! Quality service and an unmatched customer experience. He is professional, tries to do the right thing for the customer and stands by his work. I have a multi-tenant commercial building and he speaks with my tenants directly, making sure the job was done right and follows up to ensure a long lasting solution.
