This place is so amazing and the staff are absolutely lovely! They are so kind and LGBTQIA+ friendly I am so thankful for the care I received and the ease and comfort of the treatment options! They are amazing- thank you so much for all you do!

This office goes above and beyond great customer service and excellence! From both doctors, multiple convenient locations, to the assistants, front desk and office staff, everything is top notch and they make you feel so welcome! They dont sell you anything you dont need, they take care of things preventively before problems arise, and are very clear and thorough to explain everything to you. We have had seven (yes, 7!!) family members use them so far and couldnt be more pleased. We had insurance that helped us with another orthodontist, but we chose to go to Innovative and pay out of pocket instead- the service is THAT good! Highly recommend for regular braces, Invisalign, preventive check ups, referrals, etc.

I was fortunate to have braces growing up... I have had respect for the dental community for as long as I can remember. At some point my permanent retainer fell out and I was devastated by my teeth shifting. After all the years of trying to keep a straight smile, I was in desperate need of a new orthodontist... innovative orthodontics has been such a game changer for me. They go above and beyond and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I would say they're the best office in the low country. Their offices are well kept and inviting and the staff seem like they're glowing from the positive energy. Won't be long and I will be putting my 3 children in braces and I look forward to their experience with Innovative orthodontics! Thank you all for everything you do for me to remain confident when I smile. Y'all are the best!!!

I had braces put on by another place and switched to Innovative Orthodontics after 2 years of having them on. Dr. Waters was great and finished me up quickly, he does great work! Many in my family have gotten ortho work done here and we've had a great experience every time with both Dr. Waters & Dr. Clayton! Highly recommend this place!!

Highly disappointed! Update: My son will more than likely require braces again (elsewhere) after they were removed earlier than treatment plan given.
