The place is a dump - avoid at all cost. They had signs posted about it being under renovation, but we saw nothing like that. Our room looked like a disaster zone - chairs with fabric chewed off the arms (probably by dogs). One of the drawers in the TV stand was missing the entire front. The person that checked us in was very personable tho - the kid that was at the front desk when we checked out was a lazy jerk that was more interested in his phone than talking to us. Typical ghetto kid that had an attitude. No more LaQuinta's for us.

This is a beautiful inn and the room, staff and location are great.
It also provides a very large and clean area for animals to play and potty. Definitely is a great place to stay.

Bad Experience. Hotel is a bit tired but customer support is fraudulent. Booked a room throught Bring-Fido as I was looking for a dog friendly hotel. When I was about 5 hours away from the hotel I called to confirm and was informed that I did not have a reservation so I booked directly with the Hotel. When I arrived, I was informed that I had two Reservations and that I had to pay for both reservations. The person a check in refused to give my situation any consideration and charged me for both rooms even thought we were only given the key to one room. Bring-Fido has been trying for three days to reach out to the LaQuinta to be told that a manager is not available. Lots more to say about the customer service aspect including one person from LaQuinta that hung up on me because I said they had committed fraud. Plenty of hotels in the area so stay away.
