They dont clean your room and they know it. Asked four days in a row for a cleaning and I was ignored.
Rooms: Rooms are clean every two weeks and they dont clean or sweep your room.

EXPEDIA BEWARE
Reserved a room approximately a month in advance 9 days prior to reservation called and spoke with symphony she assured me everything was fine and paid for. Day of arrival I called to confirm check in time when I was told the room was not available due to another guest extending their stay. Was offered 2 single rooms for a child and myself. WHAT?!? I never would have found out until check in about this had I not called. An hour later w Expedia new hotel. Problem solved but major inconvenience caused by woodspring.

I am giving them 5 stars because #1 their customer service. Amanda the housekeeper has exceptional customer service and made me feel at home during my stay. The hotel is in a surbuban community, local stores nearby within walking distance. I felt safe and had all bare minimum necessities I needed, of course it's not a 5 star resort but for someone on a budget? That wants a safe, clean, place to stay in a nice area this is the place to go. Thank you for your hospitality

Lots of roaches and terrible service. The room was filthy.
