So long as I live in Atlanta, I will be using John for my home inspections. My significant other and I are in the process of buying our first home, Johns has been extremely thorough in each of our inspections (our first fell through and John was kind enough to offer a 10% discount on the second). His personable professionalism calmed our first time home buyers nerves. Ill be recommending him to all my friends for sure!!!

I was pleased with Johns inspection. His final report was thorough, clear, and easy to understand. This really helped when it came time to find contractors to fix the issues he noted. John was also responsive post-inspection. When I had additional questions regarding some repairs on the home, he made himself available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Johns inspection made me feel at ease with my home purchase and I will definitely use his services again if I purchase another home.
