No appointment scheduled for American Home Service warranty ticket - unprofessional when I called to try to get scheduled and told me to call AHS to cancel.

My A/C went out in my house due to an electrical issue. My warranty company contacted L&I to come diagnose and fix the problem. They didn't call but instead texted me on Tuesday 07-11 to setup an appointment for Friday 07-14 between 10 and 12. They would call 30 minutes before the arrived. I have two kids sitting in the heat and a wife that took Friday off to be there. At 11:05 I received a call that they didn't realize how far my house was and that they would not be coming. I would not use these people if I had too.

What an experience! My wife and I recently moved into our new homes and had been experiencing some issues with our electrical breaker/panel. Now, although it's something I could've probably done myself working with electricity you always run the risk of being electrocuted. Our main issue, was that the breaker continually flipped on certain areas of the house whenever we use them in particular the oven. Being frustrated and in during this problem for quite a while I decided that the risk was no longer worth it! Calling around since I've rarely hired an electrician, I found out short notice doesn't go hand-in-hand. However, upon calling L and I electrical I spoke with Lee! He was really helpful and most of all he opened up his schedule for me for a same-day inspection and repair! Within 30 minutes he was at my house and had completely fix the breaker and also did an inspection to see what else could be improved on in the house. Amazing service, and a great guy I will definitely be using L and I electrical again! Thanks Lee!!
