        There is a reason that GameStop has such a bad reputation. The store “Leader” Joey is a prime example of this. Don’t try to trade in anything with a minor scratch. They will not take it. Even if it functionally works, just as it did on day one. Joey is rude and should not be in charge of any type of store. I wouldn’t hire him to run a lemonade stand. He stated that they have taken “scratched” items before. Below is the scratches. Mind you, I used this item yesterday and worked perfectly. I hope the DM sees this and reprimands this poor soul and removes him from his position.
