I want to start first by saying with great appreciation and gratitude "Thank You" Brian with Ultimate Roofing LLC" for taking the time to help me over and beyond!
Briefly,
I discovered a leak in the ceiling while renovating a home that I just purchased last month. I called the Roofing Co that installed the new roof a couple of months ago because of the warranty. I was met with opposition that it was not a leak related to the roof. I was directed to a Chimney Company and then a Gutter Company to find the source of the leak. While searching online, Thank God, I found the Ultimate Roofing Company which does roofs and gutters. I scheduled a free gutter inspection with Brian. The result of the inspection was that it was not the gutter, fascia or soffit. Brian saw based on his knowledge and experience that it appeared to be the roof. The Chimney Co, also saw no correlation between the chimney and the leak.
Unfortunately, I was getting the run around from the original Roofing Co after 4 trips over a few weeks to my home to inspect and find the source of the leak all while rain was coming into the house on my new hardwood floors, drywall and new paint. I was losing hope for a positive resolution from the original Roofing Co and contacted Brian, again. He reviewed videos that had been given to me by the original company. He patiently educated me on parts of the roof and had me create a list of what to ask the company for and what steps to take. Based on his information I was able to discuss things intelligibly with the other company. Mind you, Brian had not received any money from me but he helped me because he thought it was the right thing to do and he did not want me to be taken advantage of.
Ultimate Roofing has a great track record and with people like Brian being apart of the company I can only imagine the lengths he would go through if it was his company that had installed the roof on my home. I found him to be trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, empathetic and he gave exceptional customer service on behalf of his roofing/gutter company and the Roofing Industry. There are not enough words to express the peace of mind I have now with the outcome, thanks to Brian. He was instrumental in dealing with the original company resulting in new roofing for the impacted area of my home. Now I know that if any future problems arise at my home that fall under the services provided by Ultimate Roofing Co, I will call them to take care of the problem.

Brian and his team went above and beyond to provide professional service with a personal touch. They were responsive to storm related needs. They were honest when the first plan went south and were quick to put together a new plan that when carried out took care of the issue once and for all!
After a recent storm hit the city they called to say they were going to be by to make sure there was no damage/leaking of our roofing system!
