Comfort NOW Heating & Air

I have been using Comfort Now for many years for all my A/C and Heating repairs and replacements. On 5/8/2016 I started having problems with my A/C not running properly and ended up having to turn it off. This was around 9 pm on a Sunday evening. I made a call and gave the details to the answering service who told me someone would call me back. Within less than 5 minutes I received a call from the owner who made arrangements for a Technician to come out at 8 am Monday morning(5/9/2016). The tech arrived and diagnosed the problem and replaced the part that had malfunctioned and had my A/C running again in about 30 minutes. After having a new furnace installed I had to have them come back out shortly after because the installer had left some insulation in the blower. I was able to get them to wave the service charge. Two years after the install, the thermostat they installed went out. Three years after the initial install, furnace started making a very loud noise. Called to speak to owner . . . owner never called back. The next day I called another company to come out, they said that because the installers didn't make the proper adjustments to the furnace we now need a new blower motor and wheel $$$ Comfort NOT Now and I will NOT be using them again.

I had a furnace installed by this company, I later needed a AC unit so, I called around for quotes. Each of the companies I received a quote from informed me the furnace was not installed properly, and each had the same specific details of why. Also, I had a quote for their AC unit on my counter; I let each company see my previous quotes, and they each said the unit Comfort NOW wants to provide is not a good unit, but all my other quotes from any other company, the AC units are good units (I never told them who I received the furnace from). I called Comfort NOW and informed them of what I have been told. "They came back to fix it; however, the kid they always send seems either high, or he never wants to get up for work. He sat at my kitchen counter mumbling a lot of words, & dragging his words, trying to avoid work... Never again.
