I reserved a truck for a one way rental a month ahead of time and went to the location the day before ton confirm and called the morning of to see if I could pick the truck up earlier and was advised it wouldnt be ready until 4pm. I was totally fine with that since I selected 4pm during my reservation. However, I show up at 4pm and they dont have a truck which doesnt make sense considering I called earlier in the morning so it was confirmed that I was coming but none the less the lady ask me to drive to another location to get a truck and I was fine with that because I really had to load the truck and get on the road, however when I go to that location, shes calls me while Im pulling up at the location and says they dont have one either and I need to go to the Laweranceville GA location. I then ask if Im being Compensated because thats a long drive with gas prices at $5.00 a gallon at the time and she says No, so I ask for corporate number and I call corporate and explain everything and they were very apologetic and ensured me they would make it right and that a district manager would call me and make this right within 2 hours. I have never heard from the district manager and its been over w month. Thankfully I didnt sit around and wait and I contacted UHaul and got a truck and left anyways but It was a really bad experience
