The Manager Lena doesn't know her products well enough to sell them. I wanted to exchange a phone charger because it stopped working so she plugs my phone in and says "Yep, I can see it going off and on" But she told me that I needed to have the box and receipt because it goes back to the manufacturer! The manufacturer is MetroPCS! So I said okay I'll just buy another charger.. and then I find out they are out of wall chargers. If you think that is a waste of time, I go back to the same store the next day and a rep tells me that my J7 I purchased 7 months ago has a known issue with the battery staying charged and the only thing left to do is upgrade to the J7 Prime (something the manager didn't know anything about). So I paid $200 and later that day I found a fix online for the issue I was having with my original phone. The very next day after the purchase, the manager tells me that I can't return the phone because it is an upgrade. I want my money back so I am having to reach out to the corporate office to get my point across!
