For several years, working with Visix as our Digital Signage provider has been a great experience. Their support team, especially Hunter, has been nothing short of excellent; always there for us and providing answers/support rather quickly.

I spent almost 4 hours troubleshooting a scaling issue we had with a new Visix player/4k TV to no avail. Steve Carr was able to remote into the player and fix the issue withing 5 minutes. Magic! A fantastic resource.

Great signage systems, very user friendly. They have a superb staff with the vast knowledge to ensure the customers are taking care of. I had the pleasure to work with Jennifer Olsen through the deployment of the system; she was able to guide me thru all of it and was always available if I needed to troubleshoot anything. I recommend Visix to anybody looking for a user friendly and reliable signage system.
