We are a first-time customer. We experienced EXCELLENT customer service. Rudy was extremely helpful in helping us select the right product (freezer) and work out all the details of delivery. In an effort to save money, we ordered from the manufacturer expecting delivery the middle of next week. We were surprised to receive a phone call the next day asking if they could deliver the freezer within the hour. WOW! That was beyond our expectation. The delivery team was also excellent. THANKS!

Brian, was instrumental in helping me pull off a much needed item. We need a dishwasher booster heater for a nursing home in southwest Missouri. He arranged to have a product overnight to us from the factory in California. This was what we thought would be an impossible task, but he pulled it off without a single hiccup. Brian we appreciated the great service and follow up to make sure we got our product. You made us look like rockstars in our customers eyes.
