I was the associate who went to pick up the item that my boss wanted. I agree, they have decent items; however, they handle customer service poorly. I felt very uncomfortable with how the associate from the place was behaving towards my boss. Especially when she hung up mid conversation with her. If the associate displayed that attitude towards her, then I cannot imagine how she treats other customers. I was horrified.

My lower back pain brought me to this location today previously recommended by a coworker.
