Someone (employee) was singing loud from inside of the office, It was really bothering me. I come here all the time to get quiet environment. But I love this place in general. Just not today-Just left.

I visited this library for my child's US passport renewal. it works over weekend which is awesome. It says its open for 12-3PM for acceptance of Passport application. I reached around 1:15 PM but they said its booked for the day so come next day. I had to visit again and it took about 2 hours to get photos done and submit Passport application.

Laurie treated us rudely when we came to renew our child's passport. We had to wait over 4 hours to get a spot in line and be seen for a passport renewal application. Even a poorly implemented appointment system with pen and paper would be much better than this.
