        Everyone I spoke to at this office was insufficient, rude and I was even hung up on. This is my first time experiencing a company who isn’t well organized or even on the same page when it comes to policies (from the local agent to the support group). Even calling the executive corporate number, I spoke to Diana who had terrible customer service and offered little help or interest in all of the agents’ mistakes. Be warned that if they make any mistake, they look after themselves BEFORE YOU. Switch agencies 1st if you’re unlucky enough to work with this agent and hope you get a correct policy. My situation was a complete nightmare with about 5-8 2hr phone calls.
